STARTERS
Warmed Goat’s Cheese on a lightly spiced tomato croute served
with tossed mixed salad, pesto and a sun-dried tomato and
fresh basil dressing.
Home-made Seafood Chowder: a delicate blend of shellfish and
seafood bound in a rich creamy velouté finished with fresh
herbs.
Root Vegetable Soup. Locally grown root vegetables lightly
roasted and blended with a homemade vegetable stock.

MAIN COURSES
Prime Rib of Irish-reared Angus Beef. Slow roasted on the bone
and served on a bed of creamed potato mash with a rich roast
gravy.
Fillet of Organic Irish Salmon seasoned with fresh dill, served
on a bed of creamed potato mash and a white wine, lemon and
butter sauce.
Traditional Turkey and Ham filled with a cranberry sage and
chestnut stuffing, rich roast gravy, garnished with chipolades.
All mains are served with a selection of roasted root vegetables
and roasted potato.
Vegetarians, Vegans, Coeliacs - please ask your server for main
