		The Merry Ploughboy Pub first opened its doors in the early 1730's and prides itself as being one of the best places in Dublin to experience Irish culture and genuine Irish hospitality to this very day.
		*TRADITIONAL NIGHTS*
		The pub exclusively hosts the "Merry Ploughboys Traditional Nights"; a highly entertaining night of Irish music, song and Irish dancing. The show which is now in it's nineteenth sucessful year runs every night of the week, almost all year round. The fact that no other show in Ireland runs as many nights during the year attests to the continued popularity and quality of the show. Advance bookings for 2008 & 2009 are now being taken. 		THE PUBLIC BAR
		The public bar features live music sessions every Friday & Saturday night from 9.30 p.m. Food is served daily with our head chef raising the standard of what you will come to expect from pub dining (menu and service times....)
