Goat's Cheese
Warmed goat's cheese on a lightly spiced tomato croute served with tossed mixed salad, pesto and a sun-dried tomato and fresh basil dressing.
All our dressings are home-made.
Homemade Seafood Chowder
A delicate blend of shellfish and seafood bound in a rich creamy velouté finished with fresh herbs and served with traditional Irish brown bread.
Root Vegetable Soup
Locally grown root vegetables lightly roasted and blended with a homemade vegetable stock, served with traditional Irish brown bread.
MAINS
Roast Rib of Prime Irish Hereford Beef.
Slow roasted on the bone and served on a bed of creamed potato mash with a rich roast gravy. All our beef is hung for 28 days to ensure it is both tender and full of flavour.
Fillet of Irish Sea Trout (served off the bone)
seasoned with fresh dill, served on a bed of creamed potato mash
and a white wine, lemon & butter sauce.
Supreme of Irish Chicken
Filled with mozzarella, oven roast tomatoes and sautéed leeks,
with a roasted red pepper sauce.
All of the above main dishes are served with a selection of roased root vegetables and roasted potatoes.

DESSERT
Traditional Plum Pudding with a brandy cream sauce followed by fresh Bewley's tea or coffee.
