Red Thai chicken curry: marinated strips of Glin valley chicken bound in a rich coconut and red Thai spiced sauce served with fragrant basmati rice and crisp poppadum (gf) €15.95

Ploughboy beef burger in a toasted Waterford Blaa:
½lb 100% Irish beef ground with a touch of horseradish, topped with aged Dublin red cheddar and smoked bacon and topped with a spiced onion ring, served with chips, homemade coleslaw €14.95
